Queen's Park Hotel Super Cocktail
This cocktail from a hotel bar in Trinidad first appeared in the peculiar British travelogue If Crab No Walk: A Traveller in the West Indies. As delicious as it is esoteric, this is a lovely welcome cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Ozs Flor De Cana Gold
- 0.5 Ozs Dolin Sweet Vermouth
- 0.5 Ozs Lime
- 0.5 Ozs Grenadine
- 4 Dashes Angostura

- Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
