A rum variation on the classic French 75, this drink is what we recommend for your next Caribbean puddle-hopper flight, or any time in between.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Ozs Aged Rum
- 0.5 Ozs Lime
- 0.5 Ozs 2:1 Honey Syrup
- 2 Ozs Sparkling Wine
- 1 Dash Angostura
- 1 Lime Twist Garnish
Method
- In a 1/2 Shaker Tin
- Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
- Into a Champagne Glass
- Top With
