Punch Romaine

Created by the culinary great Escoffier (and unfortunately served at the Titanic's final dinner), to drink this citrusy aperitif is to chart an enjoyable course for your evening.

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Oz Silver Rum
  • 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 0.5 Ozs Lemon
  • 1 Oz Orange
  • 1 Oz Champagne
  • 1 Orange Peel Garnish

Method

  1. In a Shaker
  2. Dry Shake
  3. Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
  4. Into a Big Brandy Snifter
  5. Crushed Ice
  6. Top With
