Mai-Tai
One of the iconic tropical drinks, the Mai-Tai's origins are murky, though most people think it was created by Trader Vic at one of his eponymous bars in 1944. one of the key ingredients, orgeat, is a syrup made from almonds, and it brings the whole drink together.

- 2 Ozs Flor De Cana Gold
- 0.75 Ozs Orgeat
- 1 Oz Lime
- 0.5 Ozs Harlequin Orange Liq. W/ Cognac

- Into a Highball Glass
