Jungle Bird
This peculiar tropical sipper was created at the Aviary bar in Kuala Lumpur in the 1970s. A healthy dose of Campari isn't usually found in tropical drinks, but it's perfect in this one.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Ozs Gosling's Black Seal
- 0.75 Ozs Campari
- 0.5 Ozs Lime
- 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
- 1.5 Ozs Pineapple

- In a Shaker
- Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
- Into a Tiki Mug
- Crushed Ice
