Chartreuse and cognac, two of our favorite French exports, pair well in this classic sipper from the 1930's. A beret and gauloises aren't required to enjoy this tipple.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Ozs Ansac Vs
  • 0.5 Ozs Chartreuse Green
  • 0.75 Ozs Lemon
  • 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 2 Dashes Angostura
  • 1 Lemon Twist Garnish

Method

  1. In a 1/2 Shaker Tin
  2. Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
  3. Into a Coupe Glass
