With nearly an ounce of Angostura bitters and several dashes of acid phosphate this is a singular drink. Strange, amazing and delicious the cocktail is a wink and a nod towards cocktail science.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Ozs Flor De Cana Gold
- 0.75 Ozs Angostura
- 0.5 Ozs Lemon
- 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
- 0.25 Ozs St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 4 Dashes Acid Phosphate
- 1 Lemon Twist Garnish
- 1 Cherry Garnish

- In a Shaker
- Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
- Into a Highball Glass
- Standard Ice
