Ancient Mariner
A great cocktail from the modern master of tiki drinks (and former Ashevillian) Jeff "Beachbum" Berry , savory but still light and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1 Oz Flor De Cana Gold
- 1 Oz Cruzan Black Strap
- 0.75 Ozs Lime
- 0.5 Ozs Grapefruit
- 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
- 0.25 Ozs St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 1 Lime Wheel Garnish
- 1 Mint Sprig
Method
- In a Shaker
- Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
- Into a Brandy Glass
- Crushed Ice
