One of the great New Orleans cocktails, this drink originated at the famed Carousel Bar in the Hotel Monteleone in the 1930s. At once potent, smooth and relaxing, we find it perfect for late evening contemplation.

- 1 Oz Old Overholt Rye
- 1 Oz Ansac Vs
- 1 Oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
- 0.25 Ozs Benedictine Dom
- 2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 Lemon Twist Garnish
