Named after the Louisville, Kentucky hotel where the drink was invented, the Seelbach cocktail joins bourbon with Cointreau and both Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters.

Ingredients

  • 1 Oz Jim Beam 4 Y
  • 0.5 Ozs Cointreau
  • 7 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 7 Dashes Angostura
  • 1.5 Top W/ Ozs Champagne
  • 1 Orange Twist Garnish

Method

  1. In a Shaker
  2. 1.75 Ozs Batch Mix
  3. Add Ice, Stir, And Strain
  4. Into a Coupe Glass
