The Seelbach
Named after the Louisville, Kentucky hotel where the drink was invented, the Seelbach cocktail joins bourbon with Cointreau and both Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters.
Ingredients
- 1 Oz Jim Beam 4 Y
- 0.5 Ozs Cointreau
- 7 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 7 Dashes Angostura
- 1.5 Top W/ Ozs Champagne
- 1 Orange Twist Garnish

- In a Shaker
- 1.75 Ozs Batch Mix
- Add Ice, Stir, And Strain
- Into a Coupe Glass
