The Ford Cocktail
This precursor to the Martini dates to the 1890s, but it's every bit as tasty today. A tad sweet, with a pleasant undercurrent of orange throughout, this one is a lovely sipper.
Ingredients
- 2 Ozs Hayman's Old Tom Gin (12)
- 1 Oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
- 0.25 Ozs Benedictine Dom
- 2 Dashes Regan's Orange Bitters No.6
- 1 Orange Twist Garnish

- In a Mixing Glass
- Add Ice, Stir, And Strain
- Into a Coupe Glass
