The Bennett
The only difference between this and a traditional Gimlet is the addition of bitters, but the difference is more than you'd expect. If you're in NYC, one of our favorite bars is named after this very drink.
Ingredients
- 2 Ozs Tanqueray
- 0.75 Ozs Lime
- 0.75 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
- 2 Dashes Angostura
- 1 Lime Wheel Garnish
Method
- In a Shaker
- Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
- Into a Coupe Glass
