Created at Singapore's renowned Raffles Hotel at the turn of the 20th century. They still make them there, but we'll save you the 18 hr flight and make it the same way here.

- 1.5 Ozs Tanqueray
- 0.5 Ozs Cherry Heering
- 0.25 Ozs Benedictine Dom
- 1 Oz Pineapple
- 0.5 Ozs Lime
- 1 Barsp Cointreau
- 2 Dashes Angostura
- 1.5 Top W/ Ozs Club Soda
- 1 Orange Twist Garnish
Method
- In a Shaker
- Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
- Into a Highball Glass
- Standard Ice
