This South American classic is the best way to introduce yourself to the wonderful spirit that is Pisco. Light, bright, a little tart, and a perfect complement to most evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Ozs Pisco
  • 0.5 Ozs Lemon
  • 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Drop Angostura

Method

  1. In a Shaker
  2. Dry Shake
  3. Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
  4. Into a Coupe Glass
