Petruchio Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 Oz New Amsterdam Stratusphere Gin
- 1 Oz Aperol
- 0.5 Ozs Lemon
- 2 Dashes Regan's Orange Bitters No.6
- 1 Dash Simple Syrup (1:1)
- 1 Egg White
Method
In shaker: 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Aperol, .5 oz Lemon, 2 dashes Orange Bitters, 1 dash simple syrup, 1 egg white. >Dry shake, add ice, shake, strain, up, edible flower garnish.
