Petion
This interesting sipper originated at the Tourist Bar in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, in the 1940s. Named for a Haitian revolutionary general, the cocktail is a little unpredictable--as was the general himself.
Ingredients
- 0.75 Ozs Benedictine Dom
- 0.75 Ozs Leblon Cachaca
- 0.75 Ozs Dark Rum
- 0.75 Ozs Lime
- 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
