This interesting sipper originated at the Tourist Bar in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, in the 1940s. Named for a Haitian revolutionary general, the cocktail is a little unpredictable--as was the general himself.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 Ozs Benedictine Dom
  • 0.75 Ozs Leblon Cachaca
  • 0.75 Ozs Dark Rum
  • 0.75 Ozs Lime
  • 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)

Method

  1. In a Shaker
  2. Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
  3. Into a Coupe Glass
