French 75
This great drink was created in 1915 in Paris by barman Harry MacElhone. It was said to have such a kick that it felt like being shelled with the powerful French 75mm field gun.
Ingredients
- 1 Oz New Amsterdam Stratusphere Gin
- 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
- 0.5 Ozs Lemon
- 3 Ozs Sparkling Wine
- 1 Lemon Twist Garnish

- In a Shaker
- Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
- Into a Champagne Glass
