Amargo Paloma
Amargo means bitter in Spanish, and we thought it might be fun to take the Paloma in that direction. This drink is slightly bitter, tart and with a twinkle in its eye.
Ingredients
- 1.5 Ozs Lunazul Blanco
- 1 Oz Grapefruit
- 0.5 Ozs Lime
- 0.5 Ozs Simple Syrup (1:1)
- 0.5 Ozs Campari
- 1 Top W/ Oz Club Soda
- 1 Grapefruit Twist Garnish
Method
- In a Shaker
- Add Ice, Shake, And Strain
- Into a Highball Glass
- Standard Ice
