Pisco, St. Germain, Absinthe, Fresh Lemon, Lime, Cane Sugar, Angostura Bitters, Egg White. Served Up.
>spritz absinthe in chilled glass.
>In shaker:
1.5 oz Pisco
.5 oz St. Germain
.5 oz Lime
.5 oz Lemon
.5 oz Simple
1 egg white
>Dry shake, add ice, shake, strain, garnish w/ angostura via dropper artistically, or Ango in spritzer.
